2011

September - Support for Senior Leadership programme in Brussels. Administration for Global Leadership Programmes for Shell International and TE Connectivity. Support in setting up new EMEA Learning Centre in Brussels.

July & August - Administration for Global Leadership Programmes for Shell International and TE Connectivity. Support in setting up new EMEA Learning Centre in Brussels.

June - Full project management for large Global team (170) in the wonderful new St. Pancras hotel.

May - Venue Finding for several meetings including large meeting in Berlin. Site visit and preparation for Global Finance team in Berlin.

April - Full project management for a meeting in Ascot for Global Fleet team.

March - Busy Busy month .... Venue finding for large 170 person meeting in Central London. Preparation for large meetings in Ascot. Ongoing Administration for Global Leadership Programmes for Shell International and TE Connectivity

February - Global Meeting for Shell International held In Chelsea FC for 110 people.

January - Ongoing Administration for Global Leadership Programme for Shell International and Tyco Electronics.

2010

November - Global Meeting for Shell International in Ascot for 100 people.

November - On-site Event Management support for a one week Technical Gas Course in The Hague

October - On-going administration for a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International

August - Venue finding for various clients. Administration of Global Leadership Programme.

July - On-going administration for a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International

June - On-site Event Management support for a one week Technical Gas Course in The Hague.

April & May - On-going administration for a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International.

 

March - Venue finding for a Press Conference for a Science Group in Russia.  PPT support for an evening event in the Midlands.  On-going administration for a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International.

February - We carried out on-site support for an HR meeting in London.   On-site Event Management support for a one week Technical Gas Course in The Hague.   Venue finding for a Global Team Meeting for 100+ people in London.  On-going administration for Global Leadership programme for Shell International. 

January has been a VERY busy month!   Successful completion of Global Meetings in Shanghai, London and Houston.   Delegate Management for training events in Qatar and USA.  Full Event Management for a meeting in Amsterdam including Audio/Visual Design and support and on-site event management.  Delegate Managment and on-site support for HR Meeting in London.  On-going administration of a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International. 

2009

December - Planning for Roadshow in China, UK and USA. 

November - Meetings in Surrey, UK and Den Haag, The Netherlands.

October - Planning for meeting in Houston. 

September  - Organising Global Leadership Programme.  Several Venues found for top international conferences.

August - SQ Communications moves Offices.  We have now moved into The Old Chapel in Timbersbrook, Cheshire.

July - On-going administration of a Global Leadership Programme for Shell International

June - Conference Delegate and on-site support for a 4 day technical course in Holland.

May - Graphics support and preparation for a Financial Services company in UK. 

April – Conference Delegate and on-site support for a 4 day technical course in Qatar

March - SQ Communications organized an international meeting for 140 delegates in Windsor, we provided support to the conference design team, designed and supplied the stage set, lighting and sound.   Our technical crew ensured a smooth meeting and our event management staff looked after the delegate management and hotel liaison. This was all done to a very tight budget and the meeting was a great success.

Feb – Conference Delegate and on-site support for a 4 day technical course in Holland

January – Graphics support at a 1 day pharmaceutical meeting in Rome.
